Local conditions
Bay-front sun, salt and sprinklers
Nokomis and Osprey sit along the Intracoastal Waterway, with Casey Key, Dona Bay and Lyons Bay all close by. Cars parked near the water pick up salt, and sun off the water is hard on dark paint and interiors.

We're a few miles south of Nokomis and roughly 8–10 miles from Osprey: down US-41 (Tamiami Trail) into Venice, or I-75 to Laurel Rd or Jacaranda Blvd. Close enough for an early drop-off and a ride home.
